Eating to Live
The Scriptures tell us that there are foods for us to enjoy and will
provide good health. They were created to be our food and are full
of the nutritional requirements for building a healthy body. They
do not include foods which have been changed into something that we
think will be better. These foods often lose their health
benefits if they are changed.
