Who's who?


Hi! I'm Meg.  I'm so glad you're here.  I am married to my best friend and together we have four kids (which some people would say is "like a thousand kids!") - ten, six, four, and two!  Our house is busy.  And messy.  And loud.  Kind of like the world of nutrition.  It can be busy and messy and loud too.  There's so much conflicting information out there and it can be tempting to throw up your hands and say "I'm never going to get this right so why bother?"  That's where I can help.  I am a Master Certified Health and Wellness Coach and I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition.  My job is to help you cut through some of the noise surrounding healthy habits.  "Balance" is often billed as the ultimate goal in life: whether it's life/work "balance" or a "balanced" diet, I'm here to tell you that balance is a myth.  "Balance" is static and often unattainable.  Health - mental, emotional, and physical - is fluid (and, for the record, so much more than the number on the scale).  Harmony Nutrition was born out of a desire to help people incorporate healthy, sustainable habits that complement their real-life circumstances.  Harmonies complement the melody; they ebb and flow with masterful precision that makes the music more robust.  Healthy habits can do the same thing in your life.  I would be honored to help you do some fine-tuning.
