Change your habits, Change your life. - You are absolutely capable of wellness. Whether you're a veteran of healthy choices and you're just looking for some accountability or you're new to the wellness scene, this is a great option if you're looking to really solidify your healthy habits.  We'll schedule a time each week to talk about your goals for the week (emphasis on YOUR goals, not mine) and build a plan to achieve them.  Includes twelve 45-minute calls, unlimited access to me via Voxer throughout the week.
